we learned how to make homemade pasta on saturday with a good friend's parents. they are italian but have also gone to Italy to learn how to make pasta!! it was so much fun and surprisingly, simple flour and eggs and time... we made fettucini, gargenelli, and gavadel. i think my favorite (and the easiest) was the fettucini, although the gavadels were really good too. i can't wait to make these at home i think i had dreams of pasta last night!!!!
