birdman dress...

i made another "summer frock" dress... i love this pattern,  it reminds of my favorite american apparel dress when you make it in a knit... plus i'm recycling, this was one of sol's t-shirts that ran a little too small. i wore it a bunch while i was pregnant it is super soft.

i have been very productive this kids clothes week challenge (hosted by elsie marly), so far i've made a tee shirt from some handstamped fabric, a dresss from some of my grandmas stash, some leggings, and some shorts. and i have a lot more cut and pinned waiting to be sewn up...

here is my inspiration for the challenge!!! yay i'm so excited i have made the striped dress before and it was easier than expected. i'm looking forward to trying the crochet dress from rosylittlethings, she has two other dress patterns that are super cute too... you can also check out my pinterest kids and crochet folders for more inspiration!!
