bunch collective at marketplace 2013...

we had another successful year at the annual marketplace for the kilgoris project!!  we made more connections and spent most of our money on the great handmade selections. once again it has inspired me to take this little handmade project of mine further and i'm currently working on some bigger things!!

summer '12...

this past week has been so much fun vintage shopping, splashparks, naps, beaches, and ice creams... summer 2012 has been a blast and i am ready for fall we have lots of visitors coming in and some pretty exciting trips planned, i can't wait!!!

we went on our annual park road instagram walk,  junie at 6 mths and 18 mths.

heart dress...

i stamped an old t-shirt and started cutting out this dress about 6 months ago, i got frustrated with my old sewing machine and set it aside and forgot about it. last week i was cleaning up and found a box of old half finished projects and quickly finished this dress up. the pattern is very easy and fun to do, i found it from the freshly picked blog, she has nice tutorials!

happy march! today was beautiful we went on two walks one to the thrift store and then an after picnic stroll. junie ate a giant french fry, i was proud...

i knitted these bows with some of my favorite (expensive) yarn, good practice for my knitting.

still thinking about my bow square for the mini-quilt challenge i think i'm going to do yellow and cream or an ombre of yellow...decisions decisions!!!
